Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project requirements change after the initial quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, site access issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, natural settling, acts of nature, or lack of maintenance. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Property Access and Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is ready for our crew. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to fees if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Change orders must be submitted in writing and may affect project timeline and cost.

Limitation of Liability

SMNV Sunrise Manor Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with Nevada law.

Changes to Terms
